Alyssa Pepper – Founder & President
Alyssa Pepper is a consummate and experienced professional with over 25 years of experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial arenas. After a long career offering administrative support to high-level CEOs in the financial and accounting industries, she eventually became the key Office Manager and Executive Assistant to a high-profile media executive based in New Jersey.
Before founding Pepper Administrative Services in 2013, she helped found a highly successful law firm, where she became the Legal Administrator. Alyssa is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed, and decided she wanted to design her business around offering top-level, executive-style assistance to small business owners. Her long and illustrious experience in both the corporate and the entrepreneurial world give her a keen insight into the kinds of challenges small business owners face, and Alyssa makes it her mission to be there to help.

Eileen Stazak – CPA
Eileen Staszak has over 20 years of tax and accounting experience in both public and private firms. Her tax skills include individual, partnership and corporate income tax compliance as well as sales and payroll tax. Eileen has successfully represented clients in state and federal tax audits. She has worked in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, insurance, and pharmaceuticals.
Eileen is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Maryland. She received a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and a MS Taxation from Seton Hall University. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
